In 2014, I completed my PhD in Education at the Department of Learning Design and Technology (previously named as Educational Technology), University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. While I am working on my doctoral degree, the Center for Language and Technology appointed me as an instructional designer research assistant. My previous experiences include served as a teaching assistant of faculties at the Department of Educational Technology, worked as a liaison and technological support of the US-Brunei Partnership Program, an interpreter and technological support of the USAID-EWC-Indonesia Civic Education Training, and a guest online-lecturer at the State University of Malang. In my dissertation research, I applied multimodal transcription and delta theory to study the learning of the e-reader tablet through an online discussion forum. I am presently also supporting Yuexiu to develop English as the medium of instruction in the undergraduate program of International Business and writing teaching and learning module for the Indonesian Language Program. I am always looking for opportunities to collaborate in research globally. |
